SEDI User Account Information

How to Amend SEDI User Account Information

Steps to amend SEDI user account information follow :

Click Your user information in the top right navigation bar at any point in your SEDI session

The Introduction to SEDI - user activities  screen opens

 

Click Amend your user information in the left navigation bar

The Amend your user information - Form 55-102F5 screen is displayed

 

Type over the information in the fields to amend it

Click Next

The Certify and submit information screen opens

 

Click Certify and then click OK in the dialog box

 

If you change any user information, except the SEDI user classification, after you certify, the Amend your user information –Completed screen opens

 

Click on the Printer friendly version button. After printing, click the Back button located in the top left-hand side of the SEDI screen. Do not use your browser back arrows.

 

This printed version of the amendment must be signed, then faxed to the CSA Service Desk, attn: SEDI Operator (1-866-729-8011).

 

If you only change the SEDI classification, after clicking the Certify button, SEDI will log you out in order to update your classification and you will have to log in again if you want to continue.
