Insider Profile

Background

An insider profile may be viewed while you are logged in to SEDI as an Insider or from the Access public filings option available from the Welcome to SEDI page if you are logged out.

How to View an Insider Profile While Logged In

Steps to view the insider profile while logged as the insider follow:

Click Insider profile from the top navigation bar

 

The Introduction to insider profile activities (Form 55-102F1) screen opens

Click View insider profile in the left navigation bar

 

Click the magnifying glass icon to open an information window and view additional information for the insider’s profile

How to View an Insider Profile While Logged Out

Steps to view an insider profile while logged out follow:

Click Access Public Filings from the top navigation bar

 

The Introduction to access public filings activities screen opens

Click View Insider Information in the left navigation bar

 

The View Insider information screen opens

 

Enter information in the appropriate field

 

Click Search

 

The View Search results screen opens

 

Click the radio button beside the insider's name

 

Click Next

 

The View Insider profile screen opens

 

Clicking the “Printer friendly version” will take you to a printer-friendly page and launch your browser’s print dialog box. Use the Back button on the page (not the browser “back” button) to return to the “The View Insider profile” page.
