Filing Process for Units |
Instructions to file an insider report for units is similar to filing a common share transaction or a warrant transaction.
You do not report a unit consisting of all or part of a common share and all or part of a share purchase warrant as a separate class of security if it is immediately separable.
The key point is:
General remarks: Describe the number of units that have been split into the specified number of shares and warrants.
Maximum number of characters for remarks: 254
If the unit is a security in itself, and not a bundling of other securities, you must report it as a separate class of security. |
