Access Public Filings

How to Access Reports

From the SEDI website click on Access public filings in the top right navigation bar.

The left navigation bar expands to offer three selections:

  • View insider information
  • View issuer information
  • View summary reports

Available Public Access Reports

The following reports may be generated on SEDI by the public:

Report

Report Detail

View insider information

Displays an insider's profile, which includes the following information:

  • The insider's location
  • The issuer(s) they are an insider of,
  • The insider's relationship with the issuers
  • The date they became and/or ceased to be an insider of the issuer(s)

View issuer information

Three options are available under View issuer information:

 

1.      View issuer profile and supplement - Displays the issuer's profile and supplement including such information as their listing details, the reporting jurisdictions, and their address

2.     View issuer report - Displays an issuer's securities related events and issuer grant report.

3.      View security designation - Displays the issuers outstanding and archived securities

View summary reports

Four options are available under View summary reports:

 

1.      Insider transaction detail - Provides a report of an insider's transactions that can be filtered using optional criteria. If the Issuer name is selected a report that includes every insider's transaction relating to that issuer is generated

2.     Issuer report history - Provides a list and description of issuer events and issuer grant reports that may be narrowed using optional criteria

3.      Insider information by issuer - Provides summary information of every insider of the selected issuer

4.      Weekly summary - Provides a one, two and three week summary of insider transactions sorted by either insider or class of security
